Enterprise Sales Account Executive

The Role

We are looking for 2 Enterprises Sales Account Executive looking to take your sales career to new heights? One2Team, listed as Visionary for 4 years in row by Gartner® Magic Quadrant is now scaling in USA? We are looking for sales professionals to grow our Enterprise Sales team.

You will

This team is responsible for the transactional business across North American sales organization. Responsible for selling the complete One2team solution, products, and services to large and medium enterprise accounts. Drive account portfolio sales strategy and establish sales cadence with the team. Develop your account portfolio sales strategy and manage your portfolio to meet corporate goals.

Solidify existing customer accounts and elevate One2Team to a more strategic position within all accounts. Match the One2Team solution to the customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements. Move the transaction through the entire sales cycle, and accurately forecast license bookings, specific products revenue, bookings and new accounts on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Be ready to “Reinventing the way people work” by selling a unique collaborative platform
  • 3+ years successfully selling SaaS based solutions (preferably to in the space of collaborative platform).
  • +2 years in project management software/ strategic initiative management software
  • Experience negotiating SAAS contracts at large scale Accounts
  • You are a referenceable team player valued by co-workers and partners alike.
  • You are able to provide references to contacts at partners with whom you’ve closed deals.
  • You know how to sweat a contract from the high-level goals to the last detail.
  • You are able to manage internal and external resources to deliver results that exceed expectations.
  • In the interview process you will share redacted versions of prior work in each of these mediums.
