Product Marketing Director

The Role

The Product Marketing Manager is a pivotal role, with a 360-degree orchestration of product launches and GTMs, and the opportunity to have a major impact on customers. This position will drive market adoption of One2Team’s offering and be accountable for the product’s success.

You will

• Build and communicate One2Team’s unique value proposition that delivers highest impact with customers and positions One2Team’s as the leader
• Position One2Team’s offering as the top of mind brand across key segments and various decision makers and influencers
• Orchestrate and execute One2Team’s product launches and Go-To-Market plans across all functions of the company
• Drive competition analysis and develop a compete program and material
• Be the voice of the customer, collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service and product management to influence strategies, plans and deliverables
• Drive the differentiation of One2Team’s product offering and increase our visibility in the market
• Drive awareness for One2Team through high-impact online and PR channels
• Coordinate corporate marketing initiatives with business development efforts to fully leverage existing client relationships and lead data to maximize revenue opportunities
• Build and roll-out high impact sales and marketing tools and case studies, and develop a programmatic customer reference program

Desired Skills & Experience

• 5+ years results-driven product marketing experience with demonstrable impact
• Direct experience engaging enterprise customers and delivering high value customer-ready materials
• Experience going through the full cycle of launching products to the market and rolling  end-to-end GTMs
• Experience working closely with sales organizations
• Knowledge of the enterprise sales motion and experience rolling out high-value sales deliverables and programs to the field
• SaaS/Cloud experience
• Outstanding cross-collaboration skills
• Strong public speaking skills, PR engagement experience
